Get metered usage per dimension per day

Request

Returns Microsoft's commercial-marketplace Usage report (ISVUsage) for your publisher account, pulled from Partner Center every night together with the Revenue report and returned as ingested.

What a row is. A daily aggregate of metered usage for one subscription and one meter dimension. Microsoft aggregates per distinct combination of the descriptive columns, so one subscription-day-dimension can appear as several rows when plan, price, private offer or anomaly attributes differ. Rows are not individual usage events: there is no UsageEventId or effective hour here. Use it to compare daily totals per dimension (MeteredUsage) against what you reported through the charge endpoint, and as the per-dimension detail behind the SKU-level totals in /financials.

Which id is which. For SaaS custom meters the SaaS subscription id (the one you see in GET /subscriptions and use when charging) is in ReferenceId; Microsoft's MarketplaceSubscriptionId column is the customer's Azure subscription. The subscriptionId filter matches either. MeterId is the Partner Center dimension id you pass as dimensionId when charging.

Filters. All optional. Without filters the call returns your whole history, which for a consumption offer is large; pass subscriptionId and a from/to window (inclusive usage days, ISO 8601). The source only changes nightly, so poll at most once a day. Note that the nightly refresh replaces the table; a request during that window can return fewer rows than the day before.
